1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rfntraders4@gmail.com.

4. Shipping for Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address in Lahore. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
