Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Scope

RFN TRADERS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED provides door-to-door delivery services across all major cities and rural areas of Pakistan. We partner with leading courier services to ensure your tech gear reaches you safely and on time.

2. Shipping Charges

• FREE Shipping: All orders with a total value of Rs. 5,000 or above qualify for free standard delivery.
• Flat Rate: For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 is charged nationwide.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

We understand you want your gadgets as soon as possible. Our standard delivery times are:

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2-3 business days.
• Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3-5 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during national holidays or high-demand promotion periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Shahdara, Lahore, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or Email. You can use this ID on our "Order Tracking" page to monitor your shipment.

5. Handling & Packaging

Every product is bubble-wrapped and packaged in high-quality boxes to prevent damage during transit. We take utmost care with fragile tech items like monitors and premium audio gear.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make three attempts to deliver your package. If the customer is unreachable after three attempts, the order will be returned to our facility. Re-shipping in such cases may incur additional charges.
